Location and apartment itself were great and the couple of issues we had were sorted right away by the owner

The complex the apartment is on is dreadful ,completely run down ,dirty pool and surrounds ,all the garden areas are a mess and there wasnt one decent sunbed they are all broke and filthy

Nothing to not like about it

The location of the property was great as you did not need a car to get around as the shops, restaurants and beach were only a short walk away. For that I would give it 10/10 as it was wonderful. The pool was huge for a private complex and very deep. Unfortunately though it was very shabby in places and the there were hardly any sun loungers to use and most of them were broken. Plus there was cat excrement everywhere which just stunk all the time!

We stayed for a week at the beginning of September. From the day after we arrived we had to put up with workmen drilling from 7.30am in the mornings at the property next door. They were gutting the place to the bare brick and were literally in the room next door to our bedroom! They were so noisy, using jack hammers and we had never heard anything like it before. We left it a few days before contacting the owner Giusy as it was getting out of hand and to be honest, ruining our holiday. She did reply and said she would get the man who gave us the keys, Vincenzo, to look into the problem. The problem didn't really get resolved unless it was the weekend as the workman seemed to have the weekend off. It was very annoying but not much could be done. The next issue is that my son sat on one of the outside chairs, which was pretty flimsy, and then it collapsed and broke and he hurt himself as well as smashing a couple of glasses when it happened. I was really upset and angry about this so I contacted the owner again, who then ignored me and never replied. I then got an email from Booking.com telling me I was being CHARGED because the owner 'informed us that during your stay you have not followed their policies. They have reported damages to the accommodation for the broken chair, 2 glasses and the sofa bed'.... I was absolutely furious and very upset when I got this message as it looked like we had been abusing the owners apartment when we had not. The chair broke as it was made of cheap material. We are a family who have nothing but respect for people's properties. It was very upsetting. After that we then dealt with the man who manages the apartment and he tried to smooth it over with us but by then we were very angry and upset and just wanted to leave. All in all the whole experience was not nice and we would never return.

Excellent location.spotless apartment,freshly decorated and furnished. Vincenzo very helpful.

No towel or linen change although washing machine included. Extensive construction work taking place throughout our stay,the only quiet day was Sunday.Tree felling taking place,under bedroom window and around pool area,chainsaws very loud and no chance to lay in on holiday. Noise was excessive.

Location good, Amenities good, No issues.

Everything good, if air con was available rather than fans would be excellent

Great central appartment, had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Large pool. Walking distance to everything, loads of shops, restaurants and supermarkets within 2-3 minutes walk. Any question we had were answered straight away.

Very comfortable place and perfect location. The host Vincenzo is very friendly and always available for any question or problem. Recommended.
