Very large modern apartment with plenty of windows and balconies overlooking a central square. Dog friendly. Manolo the owner also very friendly and helpful.

It was OK for us - the apartment is on the second floor so stairs to climb. Just noting …. Didn’t cause us any problems. Manolo helped with our luggage

The flat was sizeable and comfortable. It had everything we wanted, barring a kettle.

It is a first floor flat, with only stairs to get there. It's not the fault of the accommodation, but we were disappointed with the town and people.

Our party consisted of 5 people, 2 couples and 1 single older man.walking the Via de la Plata Camino. The owner asked that we change from the original apartment to another with the assurance that the other was equally comfortable with the same facilities. The reason given was that workers who had stayed in the original apartment wanted to stay there again. We agreed but the reality was that the original had three bedrooms but the alternative had only two and an uncomfortable pull out single bed (photo) We tried to contact the owner, Manolo, but he never replied. The most important thing about accommodation is a good night's sleep which was not possible.

The apartments are quite old as is the furniture and the installations. But it's spotless and squeeky clean.

Please know that it is "at the plaza". And here this means southern Spain plaza. So you'll be confronted with screaming and screeching children until nighttime hitherto unknown to mankind. But that'll stop sometime...

Very well located for visiting all of the tourist attractions of Extremadura, whether north, south , oeast or west. Portugal is also only an hour away. Very close to the main highways, and a very quiet and relaxing town. Pet friendly so we could travel with our pets. Manolo is a great landlord who is always ready to help. Very friendly.
