The location is great

The host so rude. I pay security deposit under company name SHIVSAN GLOBAL total RM150.00 but the host dont want to refund & block my number. He mention about penalty RM88.00 because of LATE CHECKIN which is i checkin after 12.00 am next morning. I check with the term & condition but there not specifically mention about LATE CHECKIN will be penalty.

Spacious unit, great view of Putrajaya lake and lights from a very high floor. Easy self check in with detailed instructions and pictures. Host replies almost instantly every time. Good water pressure and constant hot water. Well equipped with kitchenette and washing machine. Safe and secure, you need to register with the security at the lobby and key card access is required for entry into mail room, lift access and carpark access. Good wifi.

Should have stated that there is a rm150 deposit, that will enable consumers to make an informed decision as it is almost double the daily rate. Was told to transfer the deposit which I can’t as I am a foreigner with no local bank account, but host was accommodating and sent his staff down to collect and refund the deposit (in cash) in a timely manner. Towels are pretty worn and frayed, need to provide better towels.

The host didn’t reply on time but when we checkout 3 minutes lates he’s already charge for 1 hours late. It is so unfair .

Bad experience I ever had. From prev booking, after payment, owner will straight away ctc me via chat or ws, but this one I need to ctc them first & slow reply from their side. Then they asked me to depo RM150 & copy of NRIC (4 security purpose like prevent from scammer their said) if wants to get the further details which is I did. After they have fwd me check in details etc, suddenly their asked how may pax will staying there, I honestly replied 3 pax, and they asked me to pay RM88 for the 3rd person or they won't proceed. They suggest me to submit cancellation waiver but the funny part is they rejected it. And now I am the one who trapped and felt like was scammed!

Really I fade up with the Agent Homestay..He just talking like boss of Cyberjaya..Just easily black mail show our Id say that wanna come to our House..It's that the step he have to move ...I really got the attachment and proof that he black mail me... Already contacted the booking.com
