Friendly staff and a very smooth check-in and check-out process. The unit is spacious, clean, and well equipped with good amenities and branded electrical appliances. The bed was comfortable, and the sun-block curtains and lighting made the room very pleasant. The television was also equipped with Netflix and YouTube, which was a nice bonus. Security is good with guards on duty and card access for the lift. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to the place where I attended my course.

Only minor issues. The towels were clean but had a slight smell. Cleanliness in the shower area could be improved as there was some soap scum and moss. The washing machine was quite loud and shook during the spin cycle. It would also be helpful if the host could provide kitchen towels and laundry detergent. There was a bit of dust on the cabinet next to the sofa, and the house had a slight pest-control smell when we first checked in.
