Beds & Breaks Torrealba

The apartment was in a regular neighbourhood and there were shops available for groceries. The Rusaffa Market was amazing. It was walking distance to the main train station. Valencia is open for Business since the flooding.

We had to go to a separate office location to pick up the keys and then find a taxi to get to the apartment. By the time we had walked to a road where taxi were available we were half way to the apartment so we walk the rest of the way. Some of the plumbing fittings need to be replaced. The shower in the ensuite bathroom wasn’t working very well, a handle fell off and difficult to regulate.

Good location

Great location. Clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Good kitchen.

Smell from ensuite - maybe drainage. Having to travel so far from office to apartment.

Location is great.

Apartments are old and not really nice renovated. Moreover it's not enough sunlight inside. Shower is not working properly - after 5 minutes hot water is finished. Very old furniture, so it's slightly overpriced

The host who gave us the keys at night was super-super nice. It was sooooo quiet in the room, even though we were in the center and the bed was very comfortable. IF you want to get that accommodation even more awesome, I would at least put a fan in the room and a parasol outside (it was +39 the whole week and you have nowhere to hide while enjoying your breakfast on the terrasse). And if you stayed for a week, I would have expected a change of towels.

Neither of the air conditioners cools enough anymore, and the issue of smell is still pretty bad some days....(Unfortunately, there was no hot water in one bathroom, but fortunately, there was in the other one, although the toilet leaked in this one - but "mixing" the two together gave us one decent bathroom :).

Location was good easy walking distance of most things

Nasty smell in main bedroom en suite. This happened every time water was run off. Also sink was very slow to drain away. The smell also occurred in the kitchen at times.

the space and location

the check in process. the office is not very close to the premises. it would work better establishing a meeting time at the property.
