"Villa Panoramic View over the Sea"-R

Super clean, excellent friendly and responsive host. Terrific views and great location. Also, it's huge!

There's a dog over the road which barked...a lot! Not Claudia's fault of course and the noise could be drowned out by putting the air con on.

The property is really cool the living room, kitchen and a restroom are all on the first main floor level. The second rooms one in each direction. Each with a bathroom. The top level is a nice area to have lunch or a sunset glass of wine. It was perfect. Beware there is no clothes dryer you will need to hang dry clothes. So if you are thinking of packing light and doing laundry on the trip I’d think twice.

The property was absolutely perfect for our family. We hadn’t realised the apartment was on three levels including a roof terrace, it was lovely. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms too which was fab. Couldn’t recommend Claudia and her apartment anymore, will definitely be back!

Claudia was there to meet us even though it was getting late in the evening when we arrived,we didn't need to call on Claudia for anything as she provided us with all the relevant information at that point.and it wasn't our first visit to Albuferia.Very near to Old town. Very comfortable beds. There could have been more towels provided. We were there in late October but I think there could be an issue with noise at peak season as it does seem that the walls are quite thin,you can hear other people talking in other apartments and doors closing etc.
