Flats Piera Valencia Center

We loved our stay. Great location and quirky decor with space to relax and unwind after exploring the city. Easy access to both the old town and the top of Turia Park. Aida was really accommodating and was there to greet us even after our flight was badly delayed. She had great tips and recommendations for our stay.

Thought there was 2 bathrooms- one only had a toilet and washbasin. 2 couples had to both use the one bathroom with a shower

We had a beautiful stay at Aída’s accommodation. The apartment was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. We really liked the outdoor space and the spacious living area. The apartment is in a fantastic location, only a very short walk to the centre of the old town and about a 20 minute car journey from the airport. Aída was a phenomenal host with a great selection of recommendations. She spent some time explaining the layout of the city which was greatly appreciated. She even booked us into a gorgeous spot for lunch when we arrived. She goes above and beyond for her guests and it truly made our holiday a special and very easy experience. We would happily stay here again and couldn’t reccomend this accommodation enough! Gracias Aída!

Very warm and helpful welcome from Aida, who was very accessible for chats/ questions before the trip too. Great ground floor flat, comfortable and clean, good private patio to sit out. 2 good double bedrooms. Also used the sofa bed, which was good to have. 5 - 10 mins walk from good bars/ restaurants/ old city. Stayed with wife, older daughter and mother, all happy.

We loved our stay at Flats Piera. The location was exceptional- in the city centre and beside an extensive green space. Our host, Aida, was excellent. She took the time to explain the suite and the area in detail and we loved her restaurant recommendations.

Good central location in the old town, walkable to many attractions. We received a welcome gift of cava and croissants which was a nice gesture.

It wasn't clear that the property was on the ground floor next to a road, so cars drove past it quite frequently which was disturbing with a bedroom being at the front of the property. They have very noisy neighbours above with a screaming child, lots of banging disturbance and waking us up before 7am each day. We were also made to pay 18 euros per night for parking, which isn't specified in the listing and should be made clear.
