1. Edificio en malas condiciones.2..tapa del inodoro rota. Pie del papel higiénico tuvo q ser arreglado por mi esposo. 3. Un sillón de madera roto. 4.la sombrilla de playa rota, tuvo mi esposo q añadir un palo de escobillas para q se pueda usar. 5.no avisan q hay q subir cuatro pisos. La mesa del balcón rota. 6. Cambiaron toallas y sabanas al 7mo. Día, estuvimos 12 días. Nunca conocimos a dueños ni responsables, para tener las llaves tuvimos que pagar 300 Euros más aún habiendo pagado toda la estadía. 7. A los cinco días se corto el wifi y pedían otro pago para conectarlo, decidimos comprar tarjeta de Internet.. SUGERENCIA: DIFICIL ubicar el lugar, si pueden elijan otro departamento..

Maintenance very poor. Sockets hanging out of the wall. No smoke alarm. Towels or sheets not changed in 14days. Rain made plaster and concrete fall from balcony roof overhead to balcony. Lucky no one there at the time or serious injuries could have happened . Old paperwork 15years old still in apartment empty fly spray cans broken equipment around very poor response from host. Whoever is supposed to be maintaining the property certainly isn’t.

rude host the apartment had broken plug sockets broken glass multiple items in the home were already broken the host was extremely disrespectful and ended up telling me he didn’t want to talk to me anymore good bye.

From getting there and the reception? We didn't get no help directions where on an email taken during the day probably easy to locate night time a different outcome taxi driver was no help and neither was the host we finally got to the apartment 1hr 25 mins after we where dropped off 1/4 mile from them we had arranged to meet friends we were late but when we returned there was a locked gate at the property which we didn't have a key too rung the host 1/2 dozen times with no response whe he finally answered he sent me a pic off the lock and complained he was trying to sleep instead off helping us to gain access to our apartment when we finally got in and just nodding off there was noise outside so loud people in other apartments shouting untill06.00am the whole experience was a nightmare sockets hanging from wall ceiling lights missing on 1 light in bathroom cups chipped towels non to clean and a smell of damp what more do you want me to say??

finding the place was a nightmare! 2 hrs to find it! No name or address on building. If it weren’t for the manager at a nearby hotel, we never would have found it. No mention of key for garage in apt and not easy to find. Extremely noisy college age kids all night until three or four in morning. Air conditioner sounds like it’s dying so between that and kids yelling outside all night we got little sleep. Entrance was dirty with peeling paint and debris. We have used booking between 2015 and 17 and we’re happy with our accommodations but this year has been a real disappointment. Most all the places we stayed were really below par and in need of paint and repair. Booking is responsible for giving correct information and they are not doing this! More than one hotel said they had a restaurant but after riding all day, we’re told no the restaurant is closed or set aside for a group. This last place really was the icing on the cake. I do expect to talk personally with someone from booking on our return to the States. I feel that we have been taken advantage of through false advertising! You’ve changed Booking! We wouldn’t have traveled without you before but are really unhappy with you now
