Apartamento O Jardins da Marina

Clean, quiet and had really nice outdoor and pool area.

No spare key available, we were a party of 2 couples.

The apartment itself was nice and spacious. Pool was lovely and property manager very responsive.

We unfortunately had an issue with cockroaches from the first night. They were helpful but it wasn't resolved by the time we left which was disappointing. The place was generally clean but a more thorough clean before new guests arrive might avoid problems like this.

I like the location. Not to far away from different beaches or from the city.

The place was not very clean and we found different cockroaches on the kitchen table. We cleaned but cleaning products were not available and the vacuum cleaner was broken. It's unpleasant to go on vacation and have to buy cleaning products.

Il complesso residenziale è molto bello. Il giardino è ben curato. La piscina è grande e separata da quella dei bambini. L'appartamento è grande e con tutti confort. C'è tutto. La proprietaria Elizabete è molto gentile e disponibile Abbiamo fatto il check out prima dell'orario previsto.

Piccole cose. La struttura nel complesso avrebbe bisogno di una ritinteggiatura. Nell'appartamento migliorerei solo la qualità degli asciugamani e delle lenzuola.

Location was brilliant down the road to the marina and nice stroll into the old town. The flat is clean, large and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with Aldi and Lidl 5 minutes away in the car. It was home from home.

Slight improvement to general maintenance such as the main bed being squeeky and the shower head holder being broken can be improved but thats just being picky.

Excellent location. Only 5 minutes walk to the marina where alot of boat trips and restaurants are located. About 20 minute walk to the old town. The apartment was very clean with a washing machine, dishwasher, two bathrooms and a balcony looking over the pool. Very helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel

Nice location, 3 mins to Marina bars and restaurants. Twenty min walk to Old Town Albuferia. Being from Canada I prefer my coffee maker not expresso Cafe so property manager brought a new coffee maker which we appreciated. The outdoor maintenance crew keeps the property loo,ingredients good. Tight security at complex however do not believe crime is an issue.

Somethings we didn't like but did not put a damper on our stay. Thank you property managers.
