The properly was very clean, spacious and the pool was a good size for the children to enjoy

It would be good if there were umbrellas available to use by the pool for some shade

Lovely apartment in lovely complex. Very well maintained, no fighting for sunbeds! Lovely location, no noise issues . Close to the harbour and only 20 minutes walk to old town.

Fantastic apartment in a great location, 3 minute walk to marina with loads of restaurants, 4 euros for a Uber to old town, it was a little too hot to walk. Elisabete and Paulo were great, they could not do enough, great communication before and during holiday. Very comfy beds too!

Not being able to use Lilo's in the pool.

We had an absolutely great stay here with our family. The apartment was lovely and big, we had two bed that would very comfortably sleep 6. The apartment was very well equipped, had everything that you would need. The complex was spotless and has 24 hr security. Very close to marina and about 15mins walk to the town.

The only fault was that they are very strict on having toys in the pool, even a small beach ball for kids to play with, I can understand this when the pool is busy. We worked around this.

The property was clean and well situated for the marina. The host Elisibeta was amazing but Paolo wasn’t!

The ants in the kitchen. It could be better equipped e.g. only 2 wine glasses for an apartment that holds 4+ people. There is no shade whatsoever by the swimming pool - not good when the temperature was 32+ every day. If you leave your sunbed for more than 15 minutes, the security guard will remove your personal belongings and give the beds to other guests.

This property was modern, very spacious, well equipped and clean. It was located behind the Marina, very secure with well maintained grounds.

This property had a lot of advantages but would have been “ perfect” if a few minor areas were addressed. It would be great if the apartment had its own sun beds. The ones belonging to the complex were in need of replacement. Also there were no umbrellas at the pool which meant you had to bring the beds up from the pool each day to in order to sit in the shade, you are not allowed to bring the beds to the apartment ( condominium rules) so it’s a catch 22 situation. Our umbrella was broken and on reading reviews I discovered it had been for quite some time. When we reported it we were told it would be repaired on Monday as it was difficult to get workmen at the weekend. It did indeed get “ repaired” on the Monday as promised, but really was of no use even then, as it moved about it the wind and mostly protected the wall, as the beds had to remain on the grass out from the apartment. Another issue would be the fact that there was no cleaning ( which we didn’t really mind) but we had to remove our own rubbish ( as per instructions) and bring it daily to large smelly bins outside the complex. There were no bin bags there to be used ( as far as we could see) and we had to buy toilet rolls etc. Towels were provided on our arrival but it would have been nice ( without having to request them) if it were common practice to deliver fresh towels mid week. There was a washing machine but no dryer, so towels dried in the open air were very hard. We were a party of three but we were provided with only two keys, one for the gate to enter the complex grounds and one for the apartment. This meant that if and when we split up we couldn’t get back into the apartment without ringing and making arrangements with each other. It would be great if it was common practice to issue at least two keys per apartment.

The property was exactly as described. Good sized bedrooms and nice living space. The apartment we were in had air con in the two bedrooms and the living room. The main bedroom has an en-suite as well. Pool and outside area were well kept. The marina was busy, plenty of boat rides, restaurants and only a 10 minute walk from the apartments. Albufeira was about a 30 minute walk, which was ok on the dull days but for the hot days there were taxis, tourist train or Tuk Tuks from the Marina.

We had 6 staying and all was great with the apartment. The only small concern was the sofa bed, it was grand for the kids but not sure it would sleep to grown adults comfortably. But that is probably true of all sofa beds 😊

The apartment was fantastic. Very well laid out and everything we needed was there. Beds really comfy.

It's just something small but there were no parasols to sit under out of the hot sun. We also noticed there was no inflatables allowed. This was disappointing for kids.

The property was spotless and and ideal location, 3 minute walk to the marina and a lovely 20 min stroll along the coast to of town.

The park for the kids was a little small but kids loved it all the same
