Un grand merci à Oksana pour la préparation de l'appartement. Tout été nickel, très propre et joli , nous avons passé un séjour de rêve

Oksana was so helpful and kind. Our apartment had everything we needed and more. We will definitely book with Oksana for our holiday next year.

We had a very small issue with TV but Oksana came to fix it straight away.

Needs updating. Furniture tired. Beds . Bathrooms old. Location ok, need a car as outside of Albuferia town.

Everything about the apartment was great, had everything you could possibly need. Pools all fab. Pavilhao restaurant service amazing and great food. Had baby squid and ribs. stunning.

AZUL restaurant - illogical owners. Wouldn't waste money there.

I liked how practical the supplies in the apartment were, like cooker..washing machine...lots of cutlery nd cooking utensils, towels etc. I like the resort s design, pretty flowers and gardens and pools.

Noisey music from Casa Azul . Distance to.old Town. Hill walks with bags.

Location, bedrooms, wifi, heater. Oksana was helpful

Negative: no sunbeds, not allowed to use fireplace ( so the photo’s on Booking are not correct) sofa smells sweaty and is old, no buttons on the stove( could not use it) freezer makes a lot of noise, lightbulb in fridge is broken, only Portugese channels, Netflix available( log in with your account), shade missing from lam. No waste bin with lid, showerhead and kettle broken( Oksana replaced it) Showercurtain with mold. I had difficulties with the front door key. Oksana came right away and had also a problem with it. But managed to get the door open. I stayed at much better apartments at the Clube Albufeira. Oksana is a lovely lady though.
