The apartment is located in a quiet, residential, and quite hilly neighborhood, but there are no restaurants or convenience stores within easy walking distance. The listing mentions a view, but there really isn’t one. On the positive side, the pool area is nice and well maintained.

However, the apartment itself lacks basic amenities. There were no essentials provided—no Kleenex, only one roll of toilet paper, and no soap or shampoo. In the kitchen, there was just one dishwasher pod, no washcloths, and no napkins. Another downside is that guests are asked to leave behind any items they purchase for the cleaning team rather than for future guests, which feels unreasonable. They also offer early check-in and late checkout, but only with a detailed price list, which feels more transactional than hospitable. Finally, there was far too much communication and too many instructions, which took away from the overall experience.

The owner get You small box with several coffee capsules, tea, salt, pepper, etc - thats ok, I understand such a policy, but one trash bag and two dishwasher tablet for 5 nights it’s a small disadvantage.
