Malibu

The property views were amazing , right at the top of the bay looking over the sea. The accommodation itself was also amazing and had potential but the experience was ruined by the damp and smell

The property smelt so bad when we arrived, we could not use the master bedroom due to the smell. This was reported to the property owners 3 times before we had a response, even then the issue was not sorted out as the property still smelt. We also reported a blocked shower on day 1 and this was never sorted out before we left despite being told someone would come round and they never did. When you are paying so much for a property the service should be a lot better, I wouldn’t waste my money here again.

Location and views.

Pillows and linen that smelled of cigarette smoke. Towels not replaced when expected. Bedroom space very tight.

Stunning view and great location. The service was amazing and such a friendly maid who just couldn’t do enough to make our stay special.
