The location and the security guards were great

The property is covered in aggressive warning notices threatening fines for minor issues, which made the entire stay feel hostile and uncomfortable rather than welcoming. It felt more like we were being monitored than hosted. Communication from the host was excessive and intrusive throughout. On the morning of checkout, we were repeatedly contacted and even had staff arrive before the official checkout time to rush us out, which was both unnecessary and unprofessional.

Centrally located in Sea Point with access to all of the main restaurants and bars in walking distance, very clean and well equipped apartment, secure with a sea view. it was a pleasure to stay there and we enjoyed our time!
