Perfect Beachfront Apartments

Location is very good near restaurants and promenade.

The apartment needs an upgrade generally. The TV, leather couch and general furniture and appliances need an upgrade. There is major contruction near the building and even work on Saturdays which is only disclosed after the booking. This will continue for 6-months at least. The pictures on booking.com are of multiple apartments and not just the one you have booked which is deceiving.

Beautiful, well kept apartment and great location. The host Gayle communicated timeously. We really enjoyed our stay.

The place was nice and cosy. Good location.

When you arrive, photos need to be taken of all your guests to check in. The security on site is very rude. There is no knowledge of POPI, and neither is there and sensitivity when kids are also living there when it comes to their privacy. There are many flaws in the check-in system, but it is not for me to point out for it to be fixed. The flat did not have some basic essentials, like an egg lifter. We had to enquire for a cloth to be thought to us to clean the kitchen counter tops as there was inky a trying cloth availablel. Some oil would have been helpful as some other places have these basic needs for travellers available to use juust to make life easier. I'd rather stay at a bread and breakfast than go to a place like this. Checking out was also a big issue.when I asked for our photos to be deleted from the system, security was not of any assistance and hostile and rude.

Parking for the apartment was a bit of an issue. Shower drain needs to be unblocked. Microwave needs a service. Bathroom handle needs to be oiled , very noisey. Otherwise was a pleasant stay.

Location, security, size of the aprt, decoration, kitchen utensils, cleanless, wifi etc all are very good and satisfactory in the aprtment. Easy to check in and out. Helpfull host.

There was washing maschine in the photo which we prefer so but it was not available. It'd very nice if there was European adaptor plug as its a realy needed.

The house is cozy and charming, with a well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable bedding. The host was incredibly kind and even helped us manage our luggage until our flight! There was construction next door with quite a bit of noise, even on Saturdays, which was a challenge. Since we spent most of the time out, it was manageable, but we truly sympathize with the host who deals with this every day. In cities like Cape Town, this can happen anywhere. Overall, it was a great stay—we will definitely come back!

The location was excellent.

WiFi in bedrooms was average.

We enjoyed our stay in the CBD, Being central Apartment was clean

Could do with an extra drying cloth and wash up cloth. Also a cloth to wipe the floor tiles in the kitchen.
