Lovely views of the City from the windows

The lifts are Busy during the day

It was clean

No mirror in the room, only bathroom, television is quiet far from the bed

Check-in was easy, security was good. Fingerprint scanning for access and parking

The apartment was nicely appointment, although the couch was a little worn.

The apartment was perfect for my needs, as it was in an excellent location, with great security to enter or leave the building and a secure car park was provided if needed. Communication was good, and easy instructions to collect the keys etc.

Overall the apartment was good, and suited my needs, as a solo traveler. However further attention to detail with the cleaning is needed, particularly in the bathroom, around the toilet, under the the sink, behind the door and especially the shower! Also the drains were blocked. The linen on the bed was old and thin and could do with some new pillows and towels, this is just some constructive feedback to keep future guests happy, but overall it is a good apartment.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The unit and the building was clean, with appliances and devices functional as advertised. The safety was on point.

During our stay, there was a persistent "false" alarm going on in the hallways several times a day.
