"This place is the best"

Stayed before. It is like a home from home. Big, comfortable, well furnished and equipped. I love this place and it is my go-to place to book for Liverpool. Easy to get to the city centre and right by the beach. Hour or so to North Wales, we visited Conwy Castle. Could not recommended more highly.

"Too many irritations"

The front door could not at first be opened on arrival due to a badly fitting lock and the caretaker had to be called. The instructions for opening the lock on the front door aren't accurate. There was no hot water during the two final days. It was said to be repaired but was not. We wanted to boil eggs for our final breakfast but the gas cooker did not self-ignite.
