The lodge

I stayed at the lodge I was playing at the local golf club it was 8 min away the room had all the facilities you need it was clean very comfortable bed, large TV comfortable living room cannot complain would recommend to anybody

The lodge was cosy with every conceivable item provided that you might need and more! Even though I was staying for work, it truly felt like a mini break! You could easily stay a few nights here as a couple. Kerri and Mark were perfect hosts.

This cosy 1 bedroom apartment is tastfully decorated, compact, cosy, and detached. It has everything you need, and I mean everything. Upon arrival, Kerry and Mark were super helpful with plenty of local knowledge. There was a breakfast with plenty of items, including pancakes, muffins, eggs, coffee, tea, juices, fruits and yoghurts....it is a well stocked kitchen!...and the bathroom was very inviting with premium goodies. There is also an outside area that looked so inviting but we didnt get to usebit due to the weather. Kerry and Mark made our day when we were offered a lift to a family occasion we were attending...Amazing hosts!!.. We really got lucky when we picked this place. 5 star rating, hosts included!

Beautiful home from home. I'm not sure I could have wanted for anything else, everything was provided. Great selection of pastries/yoghurts/fruit/juices etc plus eggs, milk, butter, condiments. Really can just turn up and pretty much you're taken care of. Even have an honesty box for the wine and beer that is also there which you can have (leave the money in the box) I can't think of any other place that i've stayed that have gone to so much though into what is provided. One of the best places i've stayed in a long time. Tiny walk down the lane to the garden centre or in the other direction into the town. Hands down I will be back for sure, absolutely loved it!!

for me the only downside (and this is completely personal preference) is that it was a feather duvet. But other than that I could not fault it at all (extra towels, a bed throw, flannels etc all provided so you will want for nothing while you're there).
