È situato vicino al centro città. Supermercato a due passi molto comodo con la cucina. Appartamento molto spazioso e pulito per una coppia. In cucina c'era tutto l'indispensabile.

Senza conoscere la zona non è facile da trovare perché Google Maps non segna correttamente l'indirizzo. Nonostante sia a due passi dal centro, la zona non è delle migliori. C'erano molti danni da usura vari: doccia, porte, pentole, rubinetti, materasso. Ciò è anche giustificato dal basso prezzo.
