Marina House Corralejo Center

The location was fantastic. Very close to town centre and beaches, yet just outside the noise of the rowdy main street. The apartment was immaculately clean, bright and spacious.

It was very hot in the apartment with the afternoon sun shining in. There were good block out blinds but some additional fans would be good since there is no air-conditioning. It was stressful that the owner would not provide the code to the key box until the apartment was ready to checkin. I like having this information noted in advance in case there are issues with communication when arriving in a new destination. The 'patio' is more of a slim sunroom. It's not an outdoor area.

The strongest point of the booking is definitely the location. The apartment is comfortable, with a well-fitted and equipped kitchen, a nice lounge and comfy beds. We also found all we needed for the beach, a highchair, cot and beach toys for our toddler. The apartment is on the second floor with no lift, but it is stated in the apartment description, so it wasn't a surprise (and not a problem at all for us). We also arranged transfers from and to the airport, which have been extremely smooth and easy -- the transfers included also the car seat for our toddler.

Everything was okay for us, and we enjoyed our stay in Corralejo. The weakest point of the apartment is the bathroom, but it was okay -- really not as bad as some reviews said! The neighbours' dog barks sometimes, but you can't hear it with closed windows.
