GOLDEN STUDIO- Panoramic View with Terrace

View, central location, easy to access certain restaurants. Parking, although it was public, but in a back area. Clean.

Sewage smell in the bathroom. Although advertised as non smoking, there was a slight persistent smell. Little on the small size for a family with two kids.

The studio wasn't ready even if it was available on booking.com. However, the owner did a great job and prepared it in a timely manner. Nice studio, renovated, nice location but don't have a private parking as advertised. Not a nig deal, though... again the owner accommodate us nicely.

the appartement is super clean and very central. In case you need anything Maruis would be there. great host and a great stay. I can only recommend it.

1. The bed Is Sound as If someone was schooting. Any move and you can Hear bed planks. 2. Owful smell in bathroom. Probably from drain in the Floor. there is many fresheners everywhere. If I was with my partner we were leave first day. 3. The water cannot flow out from the shower. After a shower there Is 3 centimeters of water on the floor 4. The clima Sounds that It is Not working Well. But cooling Is ok. 5. The pan was very dirty. I wanted to use IT but resign. 6. I found an insect in my bed. Unfortunatelly I was beatten. After all I booked 6 nights and move to different place after 3 days. The owner didn't want to give me back my Money even for 2 days.

Very clean. Good position. Comfortable.
