Lovely apartment in the heart of the city center

the apartment was beautiful and clean, on the 6th floor, in a cute building with a new elevator, parking on the street out front. Was in a good area near the city centre and the host provided some amazing recommendations for restaurants and cafes which were the best part of our stay in Bucharest. the host also left a basket with some fruit, treats and a bottle of water. it was nice to have a coffee maker/kitchen for snacks and breakfast. it was also nice to have Netflix to watch when we came home after a day of walking around.

The building was very cold, which wouldn’t have been as much of a problem if there were more blankets. there was one blanket on the bed that was not big enough for me and my partner, and the extra blanket in the closet was a scratchy duvet without a cover. the bed was very hard and the pillows very uncomfortable. the balcony was covered with scaffolding so there was no view and there were workers directly outside the bedroom window. the construction noise woke us up very early as well. you also couldn’t open the windows due to the dust and we weren’t able to dry our laundry outside due to the dust. we did a load of laundry as soon as we arrived, stayed two nights and left with still damp laundry. there were some clothes hangers but no dryer rack for the laundry. we specifically booked this for the washing machine as we’re on a 3 week trip in Europe and this was our halfway point.

It was very clean and communication was efficient.

The building was scary and there were building works early in the morning.

The apartment was great and very clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is very convenient too.

The apartement is very nice. Well furnished and very clean. It's well located near the city centre. The owner was very kind and helpful. We highly recommend it!!
