New building, private parking

Internet not working, kitchen and oven super tirdy, bed is broken, shower is flooded. Only solution offered by the host is to leave the place and leave the key in the box. I had to call booking at 8pm for assistance. Not recommended.

We were allowed to check in early - definitely a plus and much appreciated! Great location - there’s a shopping mall, cafes, a park, a good barbershop, and transport links. The building is new, with a clean entrance. Throughout the month I stayed here, the Wi-Fi never let me down - always a stable and fast connection. The bathroom is fantastic and spacious - we were really impressed by it. These apartments have the potential for a 10/10 rating, but...

...unfortunately, that potential wasn’t realized. There were a few drawbacks: The first thing we noticed when we arrived was the smell of smoke. We thought maybe a neighbor was smoking nearby, and it drifted in through the balcony. But, as it turned out, there was ash next to the bed. So, the previous guests had clearly smoked in bed and simply dropped the ashes on the floor. It didn’t seem like there had been any cleaning, as this would be impossible to miss. We decided to clean it ourselves, only to find there was no vacuum cleaner, and all the cleaning supplies were practically empty. Moving to the kitchen, we checked for utensils and dishes. There was one frying pan that looked wet at first glance, but those "drops" turned out to be grease, not water! Yes, actual grease - the pan hadn’t been washed. And essentially the same story with the baking sheet. The bed was broken. Yes, just like that. About an hour after check-in, my girlfriend sat on the bed and fell through a little bit. We lifted the mattress and saw that some slats were broken or cracked, and a few kept slipping out of place. We had to put them back almost every night before going to bed. This bed caused us back pain on certain days. The shower hose was damaged and could cut the skin if grabbed at a certain spot. It took us a while to get used to avoiding it. I’d give this place a 7.5 rating, but since the app only allows whole numbers, I’ll go with an 8, as the overall experience was still more positive than not.

Located where had most of the activities to do. The whole complex is a higher quality than the opposite one (based on own experience). The whole place is well equipped, better than other options labeled as long term. I communicated this to the host also.

Waited a bit to get the keys for check in. Cleaning, when we checked in wasn't top notch with dust and spiders present. For my own preference the bed is too low with a soft mattress.
