Es céntrico y cerca de los importantes puntos a visitar. Piso cómodo.

La caldera hace mucho ruido haciendo difícil dormir por la noche. Es como estar en un avión al lado de un ala y su motor. Creo que es algo que deberían resolver, ya que no permite descansar. Se escucha a los inquilinos del piso de al lado como si estuvieran contigo en el piso. En general, por desgracia, el piso tiene muy mala insonorización.
