"Definitely not going back"

The resort is actually quite nice with nice palms and plants around + the space for the pool is quite big and it’s also really close to the beach and to the corralejo dunes. It’s also situated close the Secreto Energy which is a super great place to get some food.

The staff is one of the worst that I have ever talked with. They made us wait 1.30h for the check-in. On top of that the apartments have really old doors and it’s super difficult to open them, which we made clear since the day of the check-in and we just received an answer “until they work we keep like that”. To conclude, is not that clean and the beds are quite uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all even though they claim they have it and finally there are drunk people going around knocking on your door.
