Great location, quiet and very clean. Bedding was comfortable and the hosts were unobtrusive. A really very pleasant stay.

The property was great hosts did a great job with the little extras provided and the cabin was spotless and also had limited cooking facilities which was a bonus

The only negative was the bed was very hard for our liking didn’t get much sleep

This place is very quiet and peaceful — perfect for a relaxing holiday. The room is well-equipped with everything you need, and everything was clean and tidy. It felt like a comfortable retreat. The host was also very thoughtful and even prepared some milk for us. Really appreciated the warm touches!

The cottage had everything I needed for a 3 day stay. Good sized room, great bathroom and shower, a table to work at, great internet and an Apple TV with access to Netflix etc. It's location to Cambridge was ideal and it was so peaceful.

The property is in a rural setting, very relaxing, comfortable space surrounded by nature. It was centrally located for the activities that I wanted to do - the Cambridge Farmers' Market (~10 min), the Sanctuary Mountain® Maungatautari (~30 minutes), and the Hobbiton Movie Set (~30 min). A car is required to stay here. Parking on site with easy access. Tip: If you stay in the summer, lower the shades on the front windows and pull the curtains on the door before you leave in the morning to block the afternoon sun to keep the room cooler when you return. I left the door open in the mornings and on my last day I got a special visit by a local! :) (see photo)
