Hotel Style Living in Woodstock with Pool Gym

It’s peaceful, all the appliances were clean and worked well. The unit is specious and the location is convenient as there’s a supermarket downstairs.

There was a lingering mouldy/musty smell that I Couldn’t figure out where it came from. I also didn’t understand why a broken chair would be left in the closet where I’m supposed to place my luggage. The pool wasn’t in a good condition to be used, dirty.

WEX1 is a very cool and relax apartment building. Level 4 is where the in house bar and gym is located which is very convenient. The room is very spacious and comfortable to stay in.

Understanding the Room was “self-catering” however no coffee, tea or sugar were provided. Apparently, their supplier were late. There was also no dishwashing soap provided.

The area of Woodstock. I’ve been there a few times before and always had a great experience. The neighborhood itself has a special vibe that I really enjoy.

Almost everything else. The apartment was dirty from the start – oily kitchen surfaces, unclean cupboards, dirty windows – and it never improved. Even worse, after I explicitly asked several times that no one should enter the apartment while I am not there, the cleaning lady still came in, made herself a tea, and left the place even dirtier than before. This is completely unacceptable. Communication was equally frustrating: very slow, no proper follow-up, and no attention to the fact that I changed my dates and checked out earlier. I hope I will get my refund back, but the way this case has been handled is unprofessional and disappointing. Overall: The location is nice, but the property and the management are absolutely not.

Only 2 (slow)elevators for such a large building was quite disappointing. I was staying on the 7th floor.
