Hyde Park on the Square III

A very comfortable stay. The property is close to the CTICC so I was only 5 minutes away from work, which was convenient. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

The accomodation was quite central and very confortável. All you may need, they offer. There are a lot of marreta and conveniences arou d. Excelent kitchen, with nice TV and great bed and blankets. The place is quiet also.

I was on a buisness trip, so the central location was convenient for me. But if you go on tourism, the street was quite dangerous at night, with a lot of people living in the streets and using drugs. Shower could be better with bigger walter flow and there were no heating in the place, but they offered great blankets.

It's a really cool place and really ideal for a solo traveller (and I imagine it would be suitable for couples too). Comfortable, clean and ideally located in that just about everything in the CBD is in walking distance. Was initially worried about safety but there are city guards patrolling the area I think 24/7. You can treat the place as a "lock up and go" if you've got plenty activities to do or you can just chill out and comfortably spend your day at the place. I managed to do both and was happy either way. Overall, speaking as a solo traveller who was keen to do lots of walking and to try self-catering (the kitchen is really great too btw), this was a really comfortable stay. Friendly host too!

Honestly cannot really name anything that has stuck out as a dislike. Maybe some might dislike the fact that the bathroom fan is a little loud. But not a big issue.

Location was close to everything. Nicole was a gem. Had everything I needed from an iron to pots. It was also quiet which was really great when I was exhausted from work and just needed a lie in.

The fire alarm will go of at the slightest smoke... Great if there's an actual fire but not so great when you're making a midnight snack.
