2 Bed 2 bath with Private Parking

Very spacious apartment, bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, the washing machine was good, we managed to do one laundry, overall from here to attractions we're good distance by car, around 9 mins drive is ideal, we visited portobello beach, that really good, not so big and busy,it had a childrens play area and amusements which was ideal for everyone, I would recommend this place to anyone who has family especially with kids would be ideal. If your car is compatible with LEZ then you can drive around the edinburgh new and old town if car is not compatible then please go one LEZ website to check you vehicle before you drive around otherwise there would be a fine if not paid. Parking after 6:30pm is free on Canongate and around Holyrood park near the palace, as we prefered the evening walks during daylight, we managed to see Arthur seat, amazing breath taking views of whole of Edinburgh, we walked all upto Royal Mile, you have the restaurants, bar, souvenir shops, fish and chips, etc even evenings was busy too but it's worth a visit. Visited the Grassmarket, managed to take selfie with the colourful shops, very vibrant, if you walk downwards and turn left there are bars too also some benches to sit on also further up you can see edinburgh castle on top of the hill.

Clean, safe, parking included for our rental car

Next to train tracks. Because of warm weather we needed to leave windows open so train noise was bothersome. Luckily I had my ear plugs so pack just in case. Also had my black mask because it stays light until very late during the summer

Very clean, plenty of space, comfortable beds, washer, coffee available.

Wonderful cozy apartment, really nice Neighbourghood, the bus stop to the center is around the corner but the Uber cost only 6-10 pounds and around 5-10 mins to reach there, very convenient. We got the key from the compartment by the door, really easy and they tried their best to accommodate us early and meantime they gave us the opción to leave our luggage just next to the apartment, was great so we managed to enjoy more of our short stay. The apartment had everything we needed and if anything happens is very easy to get assistance by the owner. The coffee machine uses Tassimo capsules (I believe) because we bought Nespresso and Dolce Gusto and didn’t work (just in case anybody need it), ah! The super market (Cameron Tol Shopping Center) is very near too, walking distance or aprox 7 pounds /5 mins taxi. We really enjoyed our stay!

Maybe could be consider to put a blinder curtain in the living room windows and specially in the room downstairs.

Very clean and spacious, good location! Great communication with host - very responsive.

Would be good if there is another spare fan in the downstairs bedroom during summer.
