Due to an oversight, I booked a one-night stay instead of two. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I could stay the full two days, arranging an alternative location for the first night and making my overall experience seamless and comfortable. I truly appreciate the exceptional service!

5mins walk from tram station, a supermarket and a couple of bars. It was quiet and free parking outside of the low emissions zone. Beds were comfy and everything was clean.

The kitchen could do with a bit more utensils and equipment and drying up clothes etc. we would have liked to have hand towels as well as bath towels.

Property was in great location.

Property was dirty, tired and not well maintained, very strong smell of curry in all rooms, beds were not comfy and with old flat pillows and very thin summer duvets in winter. Chipped crockery, very disappointing, we had to find alternative accommodation
