Matysiak Apartment

Location was good. Apartment clean, light filled.

The plumbing needs attention. An hairdryer would have been appreciated.

I appreciated the accessibility of the property. Bus system was very convenient, affordable and clean. Walking paths to restaurants and grocery store. The price was certainly the most appreciated issue.

The property had a few maintenance issues. We were unable to open one window. The flooring in the master bedroom was coming off the subfloor, a little concerning.

The apartment was fairly large and perfect for a traveling family. Although we only stayed one night, it would be a great place for a longer stay in Edinburgh. There is free parking on site and it is within about a 5 minute walk from the public bus stop to travel into downtown Edinburgh. The bus ride is about 30 minutes, but far better than trying to find and pay for parking in the city center. The apartment was clean and has everything you need, including a washer/dryer.

The location was pretty and the apartment was clean and tidy. Kitchen facilities were great

Collecting the key wasn’t that easy, because we couldn’t find house numbers on the buildings.
