Edinburgh Seaside Apartment

Lovely little apartment that is opposite to an Aldi as well as a bus stop that takes you directly into the town centre and back within 20 minutes. Perfect location for attending the Fringe. 😄

De locatie ligt vlak aan het strand waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen en ook bij een bushalte zodat je binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Edinburgh bent.

Het uitklapbed in de woonkamer is nogal hard.

Appartement was schoon en netjes. We vonden het fijn dat er water en wat basisspullen aanwezig waren waar we gebruik van konden maken. Locatie is super, je bent binnen 2 minuten bij de bushalte die je zo naar het centrum brengt. Het contact liep soepel en de eigenaar reageerde snel. Ook kregen we de mogelijkheid iets langer te blijven omdat we problemen met de huurauto hadden. Echt ontzettend lief en behulpzaam!!

Wij sliepen op de slaapbank, deze was niet zo comfortabel. Daarnaast was het gebouw vrij gehorig. Het was gelukkig rustig maar we vonden de algemene gang een beetje duister en slecht onderhouden. In principe kon iedereen zo binnenkomen. Zou als vrouw alleen hier niet zo snel verblijven. Ik kreeg geen hoogte van de buurt.

Logement très propre, très bien équipé et desservi par les transports en commun. Propriétaire joignable facilement si besoin et petites attentions laissées, très appréciables ! Pas de volets, stores à lamelles.

Kellemes tengerparti üdülő övezetben, igényes, jól felszerelt, sok figyelmességgel ellátott szállásunk volt, pihentető volt itt lenni. Közel a busz, ami a belvárosba vitt. Bevásárlást az Aldiban intéztük, de van más üzlet is 1 megállóra. A tengerpart kellemes, a szállásadó készséges volt, minden kérdésre válaszolt. Jólesett a tej a hűtőben, a kv, tea, és a corn flakes, gumicukor is kedves meglepi volt. Köszönet érte. Ajánljuk s ha tudunk, visszatérünk!

Excellent location a few steps from everything - beach, bus stop and supermarket. Bright, spacious and comfortable. We slept really well. Absolutely spotless and everything we needed was supplied from a decent shower, cooking utensils to a dining table (have stayed in others which haven't had this). There was even cereal, milk in the fridge, wine, coffee, salt and pepper etc. Awesome hosting. Really liked the guide Graeme left, tried both restaurants - tapas absolutely superb, indian really good fresh food but zero atmosphere. We were here for the Edinburgh Marathon Weekend and it was the best place to stay as could get the bus to the start and spectating was about 300 metres away from this lovely apartment!

We couldn't work the telly, nor the radio. Wish I'd asked about music as we'd have bought our own if I'd known, but I am sure it was just us being a bit dim about working them out! That was the only downside and that didn't spoil our stay in any way. We really liked this bright and spacious apartment.
