Spacious apartment (stayed here as a group of 3 inclusive of a couple), comfortable living room. Easy self check-in. Located very close to Holyrood Park. 15 minutes foodwalk to the old town.

Excellent location and spacious apartment. Most things we needed were provided. Staff responded to queries very quickly.

The hot water needed frequent boiler boosts.

Very good location for my needs, parking space very close. Nice apartment with good internet speed. Free toiletries was a nice touch. Good communication from the owners. Very quiet, hardly any noice heard from neighbours.

Despite it being July the apartment felt a little cold at times as it doesn't get any direct sun - a rug in the bedroom would have added a bit of comfort. There aren't any shelves in the cupboard in the main bedroom so I used the ones in the smaller bedroom.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The only downside is that the 2nd bedroom only has a single bed.

The location was good. It was also well insulated and well heated against the cold. Quite modern and spacious for a 2 bedroom.

The pillows in both rooms weren’t comfortable, they were flat. One of the rooms had a sticky floor so it might not have been thoroughly mopped before hand. The carpet in the living room was dusty and one could pick that up, so it wasn’t very pleasant for someone with sinus issues.

Location, spacious flat, cleanliness and quite neighborhood.

The price is a little bit high.
