"Quit , amazing place"

Small cozy apartment but everything thing amazing , grocery just across the road

Well it’s small town , so the transportation apart from trains is difficult

"Everything we needed."

The studio apartment was very clean, and the instructions for keys etc were clear. It was a hot weekend and the fan supplied was effective. The apartments are on a main road so leaving windows open would have been noisy, so having a fan was ideal. The shower was warm and powerful, kitchen had everything we needed. Walking distance to Eastleigh town centre, a Co-op supermarket literally across the road, and plenty of options for food and drink nearby. Parking was provided and easy.

I can't really think of any downsides. We just needed a place to stay for a couple of nights while clearing a family member's home. If I really had to think of anything at all to.criticise, I would add venetian blinds or shutters to the windows for privacy so you can keep the light in the room without feeling like people can just look in. The blackout blinds did a good job of keeping the sun out in the early morning though, and we were not in the flat that much anyway.

no breakfast included, bedroom was soundproof so slept well,

the apartment was ok but the only thing we didn't like was the smell of a old, musty smell as soon as we walked in which wasn't very pleasant ,if you sorted that it would be 10 out off 10

Good sized with a very comfortable bed, pretty much everything you want in an apartment and is close to local shops and the M3

Make sure you check in with plenty of time as while it is self check in if you have any problems you won't get any help until the morning which meant I couldn't check in on the 1st night and had to sleep in my car
