Central location on a beautiful busy street, rooftop terrace and modern kitchen and decor throughout.

The apartment had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom & kitchen were modern and clean.

The spiral staircase would benefit from anti slip strips on the steps.

The location was amazing and the host was attentive.

The property does need some attention to detail. The lounge/dining room is EXTREMELY CREAKY! Honestly it felt like we were going to fall through the flooring. Floor in major need of new wooden boards on floor as they were chipped and unsuitable for young children. We didn’t sleep well due to the pub noise below the apartment which meant music and noise (mainly drunken people singing, screaming and shouting until the early hours!) It’s very unfortunate that we experienced these problems as the host was accommodating prior to us visiting and the property it the property itself has a great view of Edinburgh Castle.

Location was perfect for shopping and close to lots of bars, and eating places. View from the rooftop great! Great vibes on Rose Street, we felt safe,

Staircase upto the apartment, quite difficult to carry suitcases up, fine if you are young and fit!

The apartment was great! Everything was nice and well-prepared. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, even cleaning supplies and trash bags, so we didn’t have to buy anything. I also loved that they provided some snacks and tea bags as a nice touch.

The only downside was that the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, and the stairs are spiral, not straight. We had to carry our four large suitcases all the way up, which was very difficult. This detail wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the description or reviews — I actually thought people were referring to the stairs inside the apartment. For us, that was a big drawback.

The property was lovely, especially the roof top terrace. It was clean and had everything you needed.

Unfortunately it located above lots of bars and pubs, one pub having live music on every night, so was very loud, then trucks would be coming at 4/5am so we didn't get much sleep as the windows let in all the noise. This wasn't great for any of us. Also the double mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Im afraid I wouldn't recommend staying unless you are a night owl.

Dalla terrazza si vede il castello. A piedi si raggiunge comodamente il centro. L'alloggio è in una zona con molti pub e bar per la colazione. Ottima la cena all'Auld Hundred pub

L'appartamento è al terzo piano e la scala è stretta.

Castle, national galleries, Edinburgh. De bustocht naar de high lands. Het weer was naar omstandigheden goed.

Eigenlijk viel niets tegen, behalve was er slechts 1 wc op de badkamer en dan moet je steeds wachten met 4 personen.

The location couldn’t have been better. Right in the centre of Rose street and an easy walk to the train station.
