It's an apartment with easy access to Edinburgh, you can park at the door, it has everything you need for a family or large group and it's very convenient.

They request a deposit to be paid by bank transfer, although this is stated under "Important Information." I didn't notice, and honestly, it's a pain to send the transfer and have it arrive before our stay. And then, even though they returned it to us 7 days later, since you can't see the owner, if they had told us something was broken, it would have been their word against ours, and I didn't like that. However, as I mentioned, there was no damage, and our deposit was returned seven days later.

No tiene ascensor , se oye el tren . vivienda descuidada . Casi nos dejan en la calle , a pesar de haber pagado 2 veces la fianza de 200 libras( 400 en total) , que por fin nos han devuelto. Un mes después, todavía no me han enviado la factura de 600 libras por el alojamiento.

The apartment is very cosy. It is close to public transportation, bus stops are just 5 minutes walk away. Lots of spaces to accomodate our family size.

There is no lift to the apartment which will make it difficult for elderly and also carrying large luggages.

A family home with all amenities including clean towels in each bedrooms. 2 bath/toilets very clean and well appointed. Kitchen had all equipment, you may think of! Microwave, hobs, coffee maker, fridge freezer, crockery, etc it was a family home! Parking available. You can leave your car here and use public buses to go into edinburgh city to avoid hassle finding expensive parking. You have to walk around royal mile and then would need to reach your car parked elsewhere while you can catch bus from anywhere to the property! It takes 20-30 mins from edinburgh centre to property. Prompt return of deposit money within a week after stay. They even found my phone charger and posted it back to me! Very very helpful 4 bedrooms on 2 levels with one bath/toilets on each level. One with bath tub and electric hot shower and another with mains walk in shower. Very nice Our kids enjoyed train spotting on rail tracks behind property. The train sounds were not intrusive when windows closed.

Its not a criticism but it was on 3rd/4th floor without lift. So if you have elderly travellers slightly unfit, they might struggle. It is best for young family.

Clean and bright, felt very homely. Spacious bedrooms and good facilities with a fully equipped kitchen, especially liked the coffee machine. There were 8 of us and we all enjoyed the living space and would stay again as it was also an excellent location near Edinburgh centre.

TV wouldn't work apart from Netflix.

Spacious, nice neighbourhood.

Too many doublebeds. Sleeps 11, but you have to be close. We were 7 guys and one had to sleep on the sofa. Perfect for 4 couples
