Please inform St Margaret's Loch Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please be aware that the reception is not staffed 24-hours per day. Key Collection point: Laundry Kafe, 55 Clerk Street, Edinburgh, EH89JQ. Guests are kindly asked to provide a check-in time slot between 14:30 and 19:00. Guests arriving outside the check-in times must request this at the time of making the booking as it cannot be guaranteed. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking. Guests who miss the selected check in time must supply a new one, with at least 2 hours notice and is subject to approval by the property. Late check-ins will incur a fee of GBP 80. For same day bookings, please provide the estimated time of arrival, a minimum of 2 hours in advance, subject to approval by the property. There is a strict no-smoking policy at the property and a fine of GBP 250 will be charged if this rule is violated. Children cannot be accommodated at the property, and additional guests are not permitted. If guests violate these rules, they will be asked to leave without a refund or charged per additional person. Guests must be 21 years or older.
