The apartment had such style and was quite unique. Location excellent and everything provided to make a memorable trip.

Wonderful apartment, beautifully furnished, excellent location.

Small space was crowded with decor and stuff. Bed spread were shiny and not very comfortable. Bit overheated in the comfortable weather. Keys should be placed closer to the property.

The apartment was impeccably clean, there was a comfortable bed and the apartment had a quirky style.

The apartment is 20 mins walk from Princes Street, the keys are not available to collect at the property, poor service from host, lack of good ventilation in the apartment (dodgy windows) and the style of the apartment naturally collects dust so not great for people prone to allergies. Further, booking.com page is not up to date. We arrived to the property with the check-in details saying 'collect keys from MacDonald hotel' & saying we had access to spa. This led us to believe the property was under management of next door hotel. This is not the case. We arrived at hotel to collect keys as advised. They were not expecting us, and recommended we check with the concierge at the Park apartments next door, who equally was not expecting us! We then checked booking.com to see we had received a message from our host during flight advising us to collect our keys from A BOX at a DIFFERENT addresss. Thankfully, we had taken a taxi from the aiport to the hotel, because walking with luggage from airport bus stop (15/20 min walk away) to another apartment and back is not ideal. Furthermore, it means that you cannot leave your bags at hotel when checking out if your flight is later in the day. We therefore had to pay an additional fee to store our luggage at Waverly Train station when checking out. In addition, the spa is NOT complimentary as we belived at the time of booking. Had the description of the property been more accurate at the time of booking, we would have chosen to have booked somewhere else. I should add, that when I wrote to the host to inform her we had successfully collected keys having discovered that booking.com information was not up to date, she apologised "if I felt stressed" and "hope[d] I can relax", but did not respond to my recommendation to update property details....

Very spacious rooms, very close to Holyrood and the Royal Mile. We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved the arty decoration & welcoming touches. Absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Perfect location to visit everything you might want to see in Edinburgh. Parking on site. Tumble dryer! The rest of our family made a new stripey friend (see photo)

Key collection is not easy if you are arriving by car. The key box is located on the Royal Mile which is extremely busy & not at the accommodation.
