Sunny 45m2 Penthouse with Balcony and Terrace - R65C

Good location, television and radio were great, also the shower in the bathroom was excellent

- Location - The facilities around it (shopping street, bars/pubs, market, means of transportation (near Eindhoven Centraal with trains all over the country) - Facilities of the apartment (dishwasher, washing machine, clothing dryer, kitchen with all the appliances and accessories, comfy beds, terrace, etc) - Access without any key, just an access code (really easy when you travel a lot) - The check-in method (website)

Nothing to add here. Things that would make it perfect: the shower hose was broken (perhaps replacing it would be great), the shower door did not close completely, which caused water to drip everywhere in the bathroom (probably adjusting the door would fix this aspect)

Excellent location. The place has a luxurious feel to it. Enjoyable balcony.

Not as high-end as you would expect from the pictures.

The location was convenient. It was in the heart of the centrum. A lot of restaurants and night life. We felt very safe. Highly recommended.

Parking is limited and very expensive. A lot of stairs to get to the penthouse, we needed to adapt to this. But after a few days, it got easier.

Apart from the dancing toilet seat and duvets too thick for the season, everything was fine.

Breakfast was not included. Stores around facility start very late. So had to reach railway station to get breakfast
