Sunny 45m2 Penthouse with Balcony and Terrace - R65C

Everything about this apartment was exceptional from the price to the location. Apartment was very comfortable and the facilities were perfect. The keypad system made life so much easier and was easy to use. I would hope to be visiting this apartment in the near future.

Everything was amazing! Location was beyond impeccable! Kitchen well equipped, and host also allowed us to leave our luggage before check in time which I promise you made our stay even more relaxed! Would definitely stay again! Toilets were spot on and clean, the bedroom was very spacious and a lot of space to spread our your stuff. Nice evening atmospheres on the balcony, and the living room was with warm lighting was just perfect! If I could, I would give it 11/10

Overall a good accommodation, situated in a great location and with a nice view. The appartement itself is also quite lovely and good for up too four adults. A fair service for a good price.

However, we were surprised and disappointed by the level of cleanliness. I have found multiple hairs and stains in my bed and the bathroom was not properly clean either. When I tried contacting someone about it, I never received any reply. But we noticed the next day that the appartement was cleaned and sheets changed when we went out and came back later that day (would like to be notified though that someone would come over to clean during our stay). I would appreciate a better communication.

The apartment is amazing, perfect for 4 people. So comfortable and cool. It’s right in the city centre but it’s not chaotic so you can relax during your stay. The staff was helpful but not intrusive. Totally recommended.

Centrally located, this little apartment is perfect when you need to spend a few days in Eindhoven. It has all the necessities: Comfy living room with couch and dining table, little kitchenette, laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing, ironing board and iron, etc. etc. The interior is stylish, and the balcony and terrace are so nice to have, just to get some fresh air without having to leave the building, and in summer I can imagine how lovely it would be to lounge in the sun. I always prefer apartments, they are so much more comfortable for work, but this one is definitely one of the most if not the most comfortable apartment I have stayed at. And it is smack in the center, close to Markt, bars, restaurants, shopping, train station and in my case 5 mins from the office. Highly recommended and I will definitely try to book again when I travel to Eindhoven for work again!

Bed mattress was very soft and bendy in the middle.

very goog location, in front of St Catherine Church. The studio has 2 terrace and 500m from Eindhoven Centraal. Everything is close, market, stores, sightseeing. I want to back!

The mattress is very used and dimpled to sleep. A pity because with that I didn't sleep well.
