Cozy with Character Logie Green Central Main Door Flat

Property spacious for 2 people plus 1 well behaved dog

The property could have been cleaner than it was and some maintenance needed Eg door take lock seemed very loose etc

Good location, and a well maintained flat.

it’s a small compact house that can easily accommodate a couple. neat and today and decently equipped

the road was very filthy which I gather was due the Edinburgh council workers going on strike and therefore there was a stench emanating as soon as you open the door. I gather this would be temporary. car needs to be parked a short distance away from the property

•For the cleaning aspect this flat is absolutely wonderful, and all the faculties is in great order(They have washing machine and clothes hanger!). •Lidl and Tesco is just at the street corner, very convenient. •Self check-in/check-out is easy to access •Amazing and helpful staffs

•The flat located on the ground floor right next to the street, so you can easily hear all the movements on the street. •Besides, the neighbour upstair is night owl and the house is a little old. Will recommend to prepare a pair of earplugs if your sleep is light •Not so convenient if you very rely on public transportation in this part of the city
