The Solo Apartments Kadavanthra

They didn’t hold our reservation and moved to a hotel mid night which was very inconvenient. The new hotel was not clean and spells very bad. On top of that they charged slightly extra than the original booking.

Nothing.

The property looks nothing like the ones shown in the pictures. The bed had stains on it and has not been cleaned properly. Thoroughly disappointed and I would not recommend to anybody.

Worst experience ever ... I won't recommend this place for anyone... firstly during my stay the front office staff who was polite and helpful was on leave and on his absence another guy came incharge who was impolite and not even willing to help customer... 1. There is room sharing which means an appartment would consist of 2 or 3 room and we have to live with strangers and will get access to one room and common space but during my stay the stranger who lived next to my room took entire kitchen himself and doesn't allow us to cook when we reported it the new staff said us to use kitchen of another appartment which was occupied by my friends 2. This place is for those people who can adjust even after paying huge amount of money 3. The new staff said us to change the appartment so he can give the place for another booking and he will provide another room for us 4. And on his demand we accepted to change to another room which doesn't even have light on kitchen lock on bathroom.. leaking pipes when we complaint about these things he said we need to adjust..when we disagreed he behaved very badly and impolitely.. 5. There are only 3 induction cooker which can be used for cooking but it is not available for all ..so we brought an induction cooker from my home and another induction cooker which was provided by the appartment to the person who lived in the next room gone missing and the new staff accused us. Overall the stay eas horrible and terrific... won't recommend this place for anyone

Potential space at the heart of the city but very poorly maintained

Was really shocked to see the place in reality as it was far from any resemblance the the pictures shown.A dilapidated apartment (which I presume had a glorious past),with dirty ,stained linens and bedsheets and indifferent staff.Please don't be fooled by the pictures as it has nothing to do with the place.
