Location is great and the condo itself is very well maintained. Communication with the property manager was excellent. View of the gulf from inside and the patio was beautiful.

The dishwasher needs attention. There was a bit of an odor and it wasn't particularly stable under the counter, as if it wasn't properly installed. We decided to handwash the dishes.

Property was very well equipped,and immaculately clean. Heated pool was nice, and the spa was like a bath it was so warm. Plenty of towels for beach and shower.

Was not cleaned very well. A/C vents were very dirty and had to release the silverware. The elevator smelled very bad

Love the location away from the busy section of the seawall.

Unit was not close to an elevator so we ended up using the stairs a lot more than we wanted to. (Every time)

This property had everything that you needed for your stay from beach gear to all your kitchen needs. It was very clean and perfect for my family of four. Right across the street from the beach.

I had to pay for parking

It’s clean. It had everything you can need for the beach like chairs and an umbrella. The location is great, right across from miles of ocean. You can hear the ocean from the balcony. Covered parking. They provide all kitchen necessities, above and beyond what other places do.
