I liked the place for what It had. Nice appliances bedroom, bed, shower, washroom, balcony and kitchen. Friendly staff who tried to accommodate

The owner had put hand written notes on the thermostat not to touch it, when I messaged her about this as it was it not mentioned in the policy anywhere she told me I could adjust the thermostats to my liking. I did this, but the thermostat didn't work. The temperature in the washroom was around 14.6 Celsius in the mornings. The WIFI stopped working first night around 11 pm and didn't start working again until 9 am. The second night, we had wifi until I went to bed at 1 am but next morning it was not working again between the 7 and 8 am. The first night we were there the place didn't have the amenities that were listed. What was missing: kettle, iron, ironing board and board games. The owner brought the stuff that was missing (they were in a new box leading me to believe she had never provided these amenities that were supposed to be included)

It was very clean and modern and included everything we needed. It was also nice and cool in the apartment in the summer even without an AC.

The apartment is in the mountains, it takes around 10-15 minutes of driving narrow winding roads to get to the apartment and there isn’t anything up there. This could however be nice for people who enjoy the quiet.

Place is fantastic. Here is everything what you need to live on vacation.

Good maintenance of the facilities

Location is quiet far, no consumables like tea/coffee given the far location, no hair dyer, etc. In short, not satisfied.

The apartment was very beautiful inside and the views are really nice. You have a feeling that you rented a mountain cottage, surrounded by other houses in the village and with some partial views of the lake and high mountains in the distance, with snow on the top. The position is a bit tricky since it is high, so it is tricky to drive, especially during the night, with all the curves and steep roads going up on the hill where the house is. But, very clean, modern, host is helpful and answered all of my messages.

I was pleased with the property in general, cleanliness and all the necessary,the apartment is exactly as in the description, very spacious and well maintained.

Very disappointed that the location is not in the place where it is positioned on the booking map, it is not near the lake and 2.5 km from the center of Gravedona. The property is five km away at the top of the mountain in Dosso del Liro, where you have access only by car to get to the lake because the bus on Saturday and Sunday does not run and during the week very rarely and you have to change two buses

Everything, it was perfect. Very clean, open and the view is amazing! By far our favourite location we have ever stayed - Will definitely recommend to our family and friends, and will visit again in the future.
