the electronic door lock didn't work, but they fixed it fast

Nice location to the airport with an usable kitchen

We could not check in until after 2pm which meant has not place to store our luggage as their is not reception

I wasn’t able to see the property because they overbooked & I arrived to find that I did not have a room. No notice was given. No attempt at communication. The address actually took me to a partner property & the manager only communicated to me through the staff at the other hotel & was not at all helpful.

The complete disrespect with which I was treated & the absolute lack of effort to remedy the situation.

The property was not the same as advertised on the pictures. It was really hard to find even for local 🚕 drivers. They had to call. No code for the door was provided to us. Luckily somebody was there who knew, but I don’t think it was the owner. The door was broken so it took us 10 min of trying everything to get back in in the evening. There were tons of mosquitos, spiders and other bugs inside. One towel was provided for the 2 of us and no hot water. The AC was broken and impossible to turn off, so it was blazing all night. Besides of the cold air making us sick we couldn’t sleep because of the loud noise of the AC.

close to airport, lovely and clean, easy check in from host who was always available on WhatsApp. we were late checking out due to problem collecting hire car and this was no problem for host Gabriel. Amazing value for money. highly recommend.
