Villa Ulyana Kriaritsi - Athos Sea View & Spa

Incredible views and infinity pool, the house is magnificently built and Ulyana the owner and her family are extremely nice and accommodating, Ulyana sent us so many routes to explore in the area and great restaurants. A truly epic stay and the views of Mt.Athos are incredible

We went to the villa outside the summer season (during February), but the staying was great. Very nice location, a little bit remote, but since we travelled by car, this was not an issue for us. We plan on returning during the summer season to enjoy the full experience.

There are good things and bad things about a remote location. We enjoyed it. We are actually looking for something like this for later during the summer season.

We liked EVERYTHING! It was quiet, clean, the view was absolutely amassing. Our guest, Ulyana is the best host there is. We went to the beaches that she recommended, we went also to tavernas recommended by her. If you like a remote house, don’t hesitate. Take in consideration that you have to take your car everywhere, but the view all around is amassing. Take time and listen and enjoy the silence. Enjoy the serenity of their beautiful house. It’s true, they live upstairs, but you don’t hear them. They also have some adorable dogs 🥰. I really hope to see you again!

What is not to like about it? 😀😀

The location is gorgeous. It is peaceful, remote, surrounded by hills, and in front of the sea with a magnificent view of the Athos Mountain. The villa is only 10 mins from the best beaches in Sithonia, that were less crowded than those up north. The village of Sikia is 15 minutes from the Villa (with gas station, restaurants and supermarkets). Ulyana and her family were so welcoming and nice. They really made us feel at home. We stayed five nights with three kids. During our stay, Ulyana provided great recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and scenic views. She sent us guided routes all around the area. The apartment itself is located on the lower floor of the villa. It was very clean, and is equipped very well with everything that we needed, there is an outdoor kitchen and seating area with a nice breeze. It seems like Ulyana had thought about everything! Thank you!

We had a great stay with Ulyana, family of 5, 5 days. The appartment has 2 bedrooms, living room with Sauna and Hamam. Everything is well maintained and you have your basic needs covered in the kitchen. The pool is great as well. The villa is located in secluded place between the mountains, and it feels like you are all alone in the world. The area has 100's of beaches suitable for every need, restaurants and super markets are nearby. All in all we enjoyed the stay thanks to Ulyana the host that gave us tips everyday where to go and what to do. She really knows every corner, every beach and restaurant.

Beds can be upgraded for better comfort

Great views to Mt Athos, the apartment stays cool through the day in heatwave (it is the basement of a main residence), friendly host, private pool.

Tv and cable does not work. The space is not very functional, especially the kitchen and the bathroom (too small and no provision to place toiletries, towels, etc)
