Harrogate Serviced Apartments

The apartment is very well equiped, and comfortable. Amazing location for all amenities.

Perfect location, very well equipped and comfortable. The contact was excellent and prompt.

The property had not been cleaned when we got there and we weren’t informed. This was solved in three minutes after a phone call and the property was ready within two hours. We were also given a nice bottle of wine and some chocolates to apologise which was a very nice gesture.

Modern, clean, very well equipped flat. Lots of coffee pods, free parking. 5 minutes walk to the centre of Harrogate.

Clean modern good location.

Shower in main bathroom fosent drain well, so floods floor of wet room. Dryer door dosnt shut so unable to use, but used radiators to dry an emergency item.

Facilities were great, coffee pods and tea were provided, decent sized bed in the en suite room, quiet location but near restaurants and pubs.

We live in the countryside so we are used to it being dark outside, the wooden blinds in the bedroom didn't do a great job of keeping the light out from the adjacent properties which had lights on outside all night!

Absolutely Beautiful apartment, decorated very tastefully, with private parking suburb couldn't have asked for better would highly recommend

Very central to the event we were attending.

Would have liked the gate pillars to be lit with the house number on it, as difficult to find in dark. Car parking space was very tight for an average size car. Would have liked a shower rail/ curtain in the main bathroom. These are improvements which could be made but did not detract from our stay.

The front door lock is broken and the door cannot be locked. This is a security problem and should be rectified ASAP.
