Oswald House deluxe 2 bedroom apartment

Great location, beautifully decorated, great facilities, fast internet.

Both bedroom carpets were full of dog wee stains. Was very off-putting and unhealthy in the bedroom. If it wasn't for this, we would give top marks and return again as we have family here. We have stayed in many dog friendly accommodations and have never encountered this.

This is the second time I've stayed, very comfortable and central location

I like everything, apartment is spotless, tasteful and well equipped. . Only little niggle not enough mirror's. Needs one in bedroom 2 and maybe the lounge

The price paid was based on the location and parking. Central harrogate, easy to find, good location.

It is advertised as luxury, its not luxury, its basic, the shower room is tiny in comparison to the rest of the apartment and not very clean. In fact there was quite a few items that need attention both cleanliness and fixing. The furniture is showing signs of wear and the dining table is unsafe. We are asked to leave the apartment as we find, so I did! See photos of items that need attention. The apartment was cold and there was a damp smell in the back bedroom, I had to put all the towels in the dryer as they were still damp after laundering. There was one bin liner? And the shower room could have had better quality shower items and shampoo.

The property was spotless and very well equipped. They had left coffee /tea etc and cleaning items. The location was fantastic. Would definitely book again. Lovely quiet location close to shops and restaurants.
