Clean and well appointed.

Settee could do with being a pull out bed

Good location. Generally ok for the short stay we needed

Paid for a parking space which was too small to use so had to park elsewhere. Snail trails on lounge carpet! Cutlery needs replacing Bedroom very warm but cold lounge. Noisy boiler in bedroom. Hard to regulate overall temperature. Pictures on booking.com were of two flats so it was very misleading. Thought we were getting a shower cubicle and i instead it was an over shower bath which I found difficult to use due to a recent operation.

Location on a busy road but thankfully the bedroom was at the back. Pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms. Everything clean and presentable.

Property was approx 5 min walk into Harrogate. Plenty of good eating places. Obviously recently renovated. Faulty lights which they attended to quickly but as it would require a 3rd visit to repair we asked for it to be sorted after we had left.

The horrible smell (like cats urine) Leaks into the ceiling under upstairs bathroom & in kitchen. For travellers there was a lack of amenities. Eg Cleaners, dish washing liquid, soap, shampoo. Washing machine but no where to hang or dry washing. Faulty lights, in bedroom & kitchen area

the property was in a nice and quiet surrounding yet within walking distance to the center.
