Clean, good communication and great location. All as expected.

Unfortunately lights on stairs were not working Rather picky but I’d have liked larger towels

I’m an experienced Genius Level 3 traveller. The property is well furnished but not accurately represented.

Damp. Paint peeling off the walls. Mould. Apartment door does not secure well and is flimsy. Rubbish accumulated at entrance.

Great central location, nice apartment, very comfortable, spacious, good facilities for self-catering. We stayed for 12 nights, visiting family. It was easy to walk everywhere. ASDA supermarket about 100 yards away so very easy to get groceries.

The property was exactly as described and was incredible clean and well kept when we arrived. The bathroom was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with crockery. When we had any issues the staff responded to our concerns immediately and resolved the issues very quickly. I would especially like to thank Marie as she was very helpful and understanding. This property was great value for money and conveniently located in the heart of Harrogate so everything was within walking distance. I strongly recommend this flat of you ever need to stay in Harrogate.

There wasn't anything that I would change, other than maybe increase the number of additional amenities like teabags and toilet roll. But that's not an issue that should deter you from this property
